Return & Refund Policy
Do you Offer Afterpay?
At Kora, we do offer Afterpay for online orders. To use Afterpay, simply select Afterpay at checkout and you will be redirected to the Afterpay website once filling in all details as to your order. Your order will be processed the same. We will pack and ship your order in the same timeframe as all other orders.

Faulty Items
Our jewellery comes with a 30-day warranty. This warranty covers any fault or issues related to product manufacturing. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or loss of the item. If you believe your piece is faulty, please contact us via email or visit us in person. Once assessed and confirmed as a manufacturing fault, we will happily exchange the item for a new one.

​Due to hygiene regulations, we do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind. Once purchasing, the sale is final, and no exchanges or refunds will be granted. If your item is faulty, please refer to our faulty product policy.
How long is Shipping?
We ship through Australia Post. Once your order has been placed we prepare and pack your order within 1-8 Business days (depending on how many orders we are receiving). We then take your order to Australia Post post office, where they ship off your order to you. Once your order has been shipped we send you a confirmation email which includes your tracking number. Please note that order processing is 1-8 business days, this does not include shipping time. Shipping times are dependent on Auspost Shipping.

Permanent Jewellery
When receiving permanent jewellery our jewellers will size your piece to your preference. Please ensure that when you are receiving your permanent jewellery you are entirely happy with the size before our jewellers fuse your piece. Once your piece has been welded there are no refunds/replacements due to incorrect size. If your piece is too big, our jewellers can adjust your piece to make it smaller, however, if your piece is too small additional chain cannot be added. You will have to purchase a new permanent piece for the full price.
Permanent Jewellery warranty
Our Permanent Jewellery comes with a 6-month warranty. If you piece comes off within this time, we will reweld it free of charge. If you have needed to cut your chain off, we will also reweld for free. Your original chain will be reweld, you will not receive a new chain. If you have lost your original chain, then the warranty is void, and a new chain must be purchased. After the 6-month warranty, we can still reweld your piece for a $10 repair fee, provided the chain is intact.
